Apples & Pears is a 12-week, women-only health & fitness course at our private training studio in Bath, created and delivered by Rob Suchet (nutritional therapist, award-winning personal trainer and founder of Health personal training). To ensure the best possible results for you, the exercise and nutrition coaching you’ll receive is uniquely tailored to your bodyshape.  Whether you store your weight around your middle, or around you hips/legs, is a signature of your hormonal imbalances. With this understanding, we have created tailored nutrition plans specifically for each bodyshape and exercises which ensure the best results for each shape.  This is completely unique and unlike any other class or fitness programme.
