We have designed a range of results focused services that ensure you will have the greatest chance of achieving your health and fitness goals. We offer everyone a free 30min initial consultation which allows us to discuss your goals and your health before recommending the most appropriate package for you. Most of our services encompass the equal value we place on the following three pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise and Nutrition. In fact we have named our flagship personal training package LEaN™ to reflect this concept. While we offer some coaching to couples and small groups with a specific focus (e.g. Ski Fit) our primary business is one-to-one personal training.
Free Initial Consultation
Our flagship, all inclusive, personal training package includes full assessments, detailed report, a tailored nutrition plan and all your one-to-one training (upwards of 2x sessions per week) at the HEALTH studio in Bath. We also include any nutrition supplements you may need and sports massage, to address structural and muscular imbalances, as required. This is the secret to hundreds of life-changing and lasting transformations that we have supported over the past six years.
Once you have completed LEaN™ or if you have already reached your fitness/bodyshape target you may chose to continue training with us via our blocks of training sessions. This way we’ll help you maintain and sustain your progress so health becomes your way of life.
One Day Intensive
This six hour package comprises an initial assessment session where we discuss your current health, nutrition and lifestyle followed by a range of tests (including biometrics, hormonal and postural) so that we can give you immediate feedback and coaching on how to specifically improve your health. The entire day is spent one-to-one with renowned Health Coach Rob Suchet and includes nutrition coaching, gym sessions and lunch at one of Bath’s best restaurants. Via our Online PT service we work with clients across the world to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. Monthly Skype or FaceTime sessions are the main contact you will have with us. We shall also send you a training programme designed specifically for you to perform in your local or home gym. We will also produce a report detailing our recommendations for your nutrition and supplements and any lifestyle changes to ensure you have the greatest chance of success. We offer 1 month, 3 month and 6 month Online PT packages.
You can’t out-train a poor diet. At HEALTH we know that nutrition is of paramount importance, over and above exercise. As such there is a nutrition element in all our Initial PT packages to ensure our clients achieve results. Only when we are confident that you have mastered the correct nutrition for your body are we able to offer more flexible (exercise only) Ongoing PT packages.
Kick start your nutrition. This package includes two 1:1 sessions consultations with our Nutritional Therapist and a detailed analysis of your current diet (3 day food diary) using professional dietary analysis software, Nutritics. You will receive a personalised report identifying your nutritional imbalances and we’ll create a bespoke plan for you with meal ideas.

NUTRITIONAL THERAPY – FULL WORKS
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Registered Nutritional Therapists use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows them to work with individuals to address nutritional balance and help support the body towards maintaining health. Nutritional Therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing.
Practitioners consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Practitioners never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice and always refer any client with ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms to their medical professional. They will also frequently work alongside a medical professional and will communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care to explain any nutritional therapy programme that has been provided.

7 Day Detox
Our bodies are detoxifying all the time; however, sometimes we need a little boost. Unlike fad juice diets or unscientific detox programmes, this nutritionally supported detox provides all the nutrients required for Bioactivation, Conjugation and Elimination pathways as well as optimising your digestion, sleep, exercise and ensuring effective detoxification and elimination from your body. The seven day plan includes meal suggestions, a supplement protocol and a “medical food” to be taken at meal times to provide you with all the nutrients you’ll need.

I was in a rut, with both an unhealthy diet and a poor exercise regime. I blamed it on the fact that my body had morphed after having children and there wasn’t much I could do to change my shape.
