Apples & Pears is a 12-week, women’s health & fitness programme delivered at our private training studio in Bath. Created by award-winning personal trainer and Nutritional Therapist Rob Suchet, the exercise and nutrition coaching you’ll receive is uniquely tailored to your bodyshape to ensure you get the best possible results. Whether you store your weight around your middle, or around you hips/legs, is a signature of your hormonal imbalances. With this understanding, we have created tailored nutrition plans specifically for each bodyshape and exercises which ensure the best results for each shape. This is completely unique and unlike any other class or fitness programme.

“ The course is amazing. As a Big Apple I had given up hope of losing weight and getting fit. I would always start a diet on a Monday and would try to exercise but felt so self conscious I would give up. This programme is so different as I know that the food plan is right for my body shape. I was in a rut, with both an unhealthy diet and a poor exercise regime. I blamed it on the fact that my body had morphed after having children and there wasn’t much I could do to change my shape. I was further fuelling it by turning to chocolate and other sugary quick pick me ups. I felt uncomfortable going to the gym as I didn’t know how to properly use the machines and was worried I’d do something to further aggravate a prior back injury. Joining the Pears group was the best thing I’ve done. I thought it was just going to be a gym class, but it’s so much more than that. It’s changed the way I look and feel about food. I don’t have any more sugar cravings and I want to eat food that is good for me. The recipes provided were also very helpful (and yummy). The exercise part has been brilliant too. It’s been hard work, but worth every moment. I’m only half way through the course and I’ve already seen changes in my body shape.
