Rob is Director of HEALTH and is passionate about helping people achieve lasting health and bodyshape transformations. With a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and a MSc in Nutritional Therapy, Rob’s particular interest is Functional Medicine. Using this holistic and fundamental approach to health which addresses the route causes of illness and imbalance, he has helped hundreds of people achieve life-changing health transformations, from weight loss and body composition, to improving sleep, digestion, energy levels, hormonal balance, often working with individuals with autoimmune disease, heart disease insulin resistance and diabetes. As a personal trainer, Rob has been taught by world class strength and conditioning coaches and continues to learn from leading Functional Medicine doctors and has been a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) since 2014. In 2012 Rob was shortlisted as International Fitness Showcase (IFS) Personal Trainer of the Year and won the Health & Beauty category at the Bath Life Awards. He is a member of the British Association of Nutritionists and Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and has been personally featured in the Guardian, Red and FHM magazines. Head Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist
James is Head Trainer at HEALTH. A former UK Junior Triple Jump Champion, he has extensive knowledge and experience as both a personal trainer and an athlete, so he not only knows how to get results from his clients, but also how to continue to keep himself in excellent condition. As a sports massage therapist he has extensive experience, focusing on deep tissue and active release techniques to reduce muscle soreness and treat injuries. On top of his work as a personal trainer, as a fitness model James has represented Nike and England Rugby and keeps himself in excellent shape (consistently below 10% body fat) James is an example of how a clean diet and dedication to training gets great results.
Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist
Jenny is an experienced personal trainer specialist in injury rehabilitation and lower back pain, and continues to have fantastic success helping clients recover from injury and overcoming chronic pain. Qualified in exercise prescription for pre/post natal clients and having had two children herself, Jenny understands the importance of staying fit and healthy throughout pregnancy and also the real challenge of getting back in shape afterwards. As a sports massage instructor, Jenny teaches new trainers and therapists and is an assessor for Active IQ (the awarding body for personal trainer qualifications). Last year she competed in the Miami Pro Fitness Model World Championships (Ms Bikini over 35′s) demonstrating that she truly walks the talk.
Stewart is a personal trainer with a wealth of experience and a BSc(Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science. A former National sprinter himself, Stewart understands the steps necessary to achieve whatever goal you set out to achieve. This experience, combined with his calm, considered nature and thoughtful attention to detail in programme design make him an asset to our personal training team. Outside his personal trainer role at HEALTH Stew is an established sprint coach and mentor to international athletes, including Commonwealth Games medallists and 2020 olympic hopefuls, to improve their speed, strength and mobility and fulfil their dreams.
Geoff is a strength and conditioning coach with over six years experience as a personal trainer. With a BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning Science, his coaching experience includes working with athletes across a range of professional sport (London Scottish FC, AFC Wimbledon and Chelsea FC). Before Geoff moved to Bath from London he worked at the prestigious personal training studio NKD Ambition and is currently working as a strength & conditioning intern at Bath Rugby. Geoff has run our Ski Fit course for the past three winters, helping get people in top physical condition for their ski holidays.

A Sport Science graduate and keen sportsman, Joe has always been an active person playing basketball & rugby from a young age. His passion for sport, health and fitness led him to pursue a career as a personal trainer. He graduated with a BSc in Sport Science in 2013 and gained additional fitness qualifications at the University of Bath.
His strong work ethic, commitment and positive outlook on life (and his ability to make dumbbells levitate) helps to shape his training and coaching style. He has an evidence-based approach to training, using principles tailored to each individual’s current ability and goals. Joe has just moved back to Bath from London where he was training clients at KX Private Members Club in Chelsea for the past 2.5 years.

Coriander Stone is a functional medicine-trained Nutritional Therapist with a first class degree in Nutritional Therapy. She has experience researching personalised nutrition protocols and working one-to-one with clients with a wide range of health imbalances in a clinical setting, as well as seeing clients internationally via Skype and working as a freelance nutritional journalist. She has featured in international newspapers and had many articles published in peer-reviewed and industry-aimed magazines. She believes that each client must be approached as an individual, focusing on a personalised approach to healthcare. A UK native, she also speaks fluent Spanish and French and is able to offer nutrition consultations in all three languages.
