Rob is Director of HEALTH and is passionate about helping people achieve lasting health and bodyshape transformations. With a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and a MSc in Nutritional Therapy, Rob’s particular interest is Functional Medicine. Using this holistic and fundamental approach to health which addresses the route causes of illness and imbalance, he has helped hundreds of people achieve life-changing health transformations, from weight loss and body composition, to improving sleep, digestion, energy levels, hormonal balance, often working with individuals with autoimmune disease, heart disease insulin resistance and diabetes. As a personal trainer, Rob has been taught by world class strength and conditioning coaches and continues to learn from leading Functional Medicine doctors and has been a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) since 2014. In 2012 Rob was shortlisted as International Fitness Showcase (IFS) Personal Trainer of the Year and won the Health & Beauty category at the Bath Life Awards. He is a member of the British Association of Nutritionists and Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and has been personally featured in the Guardian, Red and FHM magazines. Head Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist
James is Head Trainer at HEALTH. A former UK Junior Triple Jump Champion, he has extensive knowledge and experience as both a personal trainer and an athlete, so he not only knows how to get results from his clients, but also how to continue to keep himself in excellent condition. As a sports massage therapist he has extensive experience, focusing on deep tissue and active release techniques to reduce muscle soreness and treat injuries. On top of his work as a personal trainer, as a fitness model James has represented Nike and England Rugby and keeps himself in excellent shape (consistently below 10% body fat) James is an example of how a clean diet and dedication to training gets great results.
Level 3 Diploma Personal Trainer
Dan has been practising as a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer for over 8 years in a variety of different facilities and locations ranging from well-equipped commercial gyms through to sessions with minimal equipment outdoors.
He enjoys working with small groups but finds the best results come from focussed one to one sessions, across all ranges of fitness, from introducing the basics of resistance training to beginners through to planning periodised programmes for performance athletes.
He places huge importance on posture and structural balance. Making clients look great but also function and move well is key ; focussing on making clients stronger and more mobile underpins much of what he does as a personal trainer. Sessions should always be tough and methodical, economical and effective. Each session should have an objective that works towards accomplishing a greater goal.

Ali has over 10 years experience working as a professional aerialist. Combining this with her background in contemporary dance performance (BA), she brings a unique, whole body perspective to training. Ali has coached aerial arts and fitness to a wide range of clients, including working with the cast of a major Bollywood show in Dehli and is currently completing an MSc in Strength and Conditioning.
Whilst her passion lies in all things upside down, she employs a balanced, 360 approach to training and firmly believes it’s never too late to relearn a handstand.
Personal TrainerJake is an experienced personal trainer with a passion for human movement and a mission to create lasting change and well-being in his clients. Jake’s philosophy centres on the importance of sound posture, strength and integrity throughout the body, and the ability to move with ease and fluidity. His approach incorporates traditional resistance training methods, functional movement patterns, and more creative and playful techniques to ensure sessions are effective, challenging, dynamic and fun.Throughout his six years in health and fitness he has upheld a strong belief in the importance of continual learning, enabling him to empower his clients with the knowledge, support, resources and motivation to succeed on their individual journey.Jake maintains that he owes his love of teaching to his own inspirational and knowledgable mentors and over the years it has been his pleasure to pass along his expertise with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism.
Olly is a highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainer with International Sporting representation since 2011. Olly is a Great Britain Bobsleigh Pilot and has been competing on the International stage for over six years, and last year he graduated from the University of Bath with a First Class Honours degree in Sports Performance. He has competed in events such as the Youth Olympic Games, the Senior and Junior World Championships and competed on the World Cup series.
What is unique about Olly’s approach to Personal Training is that he uses knowledge, skills and experiences he has seen in elite sport and designs programmes specifically for each client’s individual needs. He believes enhancing fundamental strength, speed, and mobility will help all clients reach and achieve their goals; no matter how big or small. He is a great believer in the way in which individuals see and feel about themselves, opposed to the number that they see on the scales.
Joe is a passionate and experienced trainer with over six years’ working in fitness, particularly class-based groups as well as learning directly from some of the best in the business. Joe has recently returned from Sydney where he was delivering classes and private personal training.
Joe has a well-rounded approach to exercise to cater for all needs. He enjoys weight training, calisthenics, cycling and flexibility work with handstands being a particular favourite! Often flexibility and mobility is overlooked amongst training, I like to deliver functional structured sessions that help people to better understand their bodies in order to move better and gain strength through appropriately selected resistance workouts and movement drills which in turn improves posture, joint health, flexibility and mobility.

Coriander Stone is a functional medicine-trained Nutritional Therapist with a first class degree in Nutritional Therapy. She has experience researching personalised nutrition protocols and working one-to-one with clients with a wide range of health imbalances in a clinical setting, as well as seeing clients internationally via Skype and working as a freelance nutritional journalist. She has featured in international newspapers and had many articles published in peer-reviewed and industry-aimed magazines. She believes that each client must be approached as an individual, focusing on a personalised approach to healthcare. A UK native, she also speaks fluent Spanish and French and is able to offer nutrition consultations in all three languages.
